Return & Exchange Policy — Power Up Sportswear

1. Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and original shipping fees are not reimbursed.

2. Exchanges (Size, Color, or Style)

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the same condition requirements as returns.

  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference; for lower value, we will refund the difference.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team with proof (photo/video).

  • We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost, including return shipping if the error or defect is verified.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • If a return is due to damage, defect, or our error, postage costs will be refunded or credited.

6. Exclusions & Important Notes

  • Items sold as final sale, clearance, or customized (e.g., personalized prints) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We cannot accept returns due to incorrect shipping addresses or mistakes made at checkout. In such cases, we may offer a discount on reordering.
